Delivery & Returns
Our Sellers deliver to most countries, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below. Please be aware that each Seller organises delivery himself and therefore operational details might vary and delivery times are estimates. Also depending on the product, e.g. custom made items might have different delivery times. Deliveries are usually 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that our sellers aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Our sellers insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
taxes & duties
If you order goods from our Sites for delivery to a country different to the one of the Seller, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
returns and exchanges
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with the Seller, provided you give us written notice within seven working days of receipt. Please note this is not applicable for custom made items.
You must notify the Seller in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order with this Seller under the DSRs within seven working days of receiving your items. Please send a mail or email to the contact details provided by the Seller. State clearly that you want to cancel the order and state the order number. Returns or exchanges are solely responsibility of the Seller.

The seller will work out all the details with you. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until they are received by the Seller. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
The Seller will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.
Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the order, as described above.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of the individual Seller.
