The purpose of our company is to create fashionable and sustainable underwear/loungewear for men and women. We want to make a difference by giving our customers the possibility to combine ethics and aesthetics when buying underwear.
It's what we all wear closest to our body and therefore we only use sustainable materials such as bamboo, soy and organic cotton.
All our products represent sustainable fashion and are created to bring our customers affordable luxury.
All prices are including VAT.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?
For orders within Denmark the shipping cost is 45 DKK for orders below 500 DKK. For orders from 500 DKK and over, there will be no charge. All prices in the webshop includes 25 % VAT.
How do I exchange an item?
Same procedure as above, just state that you wish to exchange the item.
As soon as possible after having received your package we will send you the new item.
An item is broken upon arrival, how do I make a complaint?
You have a period of 24 months to complain about an item should it not live up to our usual standard. Please e-mail us at info@underprotection.dk describing the problem. If the item has flaws or is damaged upon arrival the item will be repaired or exchanged and shipped to you, all of which off course will be done asap after having received the defect item. If the item is out of stock we will refund the amount (excl. shipping costs) to your bank account after having received your account information.

In Denmark and through out Europe, the shipping cost is 45 DKK for orders below 500 DKK.
An item is not available in my size/the color I want. Can I find it elsewhere?

Only if your products have not been prepared for shipping. We are preparing packages all day so we should receive your cancellation asap after your order placement. E-mail us at info@underprotection.dk.

The shipping period depends on which products you have purchased and whereto they are to be shipped. We will deliver your purchase within 2-4 working days though sometimes you will experience a longer shipping period – for instance regarding “out-of-stock products” in which cases you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail.
